Purchased a horse trailer and have nothing but positive things to say. From the moment I started communicating with them to signing the paperwork everything was smooth. Had a small hiccup with the latch on the door but Cort went above and beyond and it was resolved quickly. Very happy 10/10 would recommend!

What a great experience!! I spoke to both Cort and Lindsay over the phone prior to driving out. They were both great and answered all of my questions. When we arrived to pick up the trailer, it was all ready to go. We were in and out in less than 30 minutes with a trailer that met all of my needs. Thank you!!

Great people to deal with ( at both locations). I found a trailer for my employer on line. A couple of phone calls and it was set up. I drove from Phoenix to Tucson to pick it up. In and out in 30 minutes. Kurt was ready when I arrived. We did a quick walk around, hooked the trailer to my truck and out the gate.

I didn't end up buying a trailer here, but the staff were nice and accommodating. Walked me through the financing process and looked at some products online. Unfortunately I don't think their website is updated very quickly as it was not entirely accurate, especially with used trade ins.

My experience of buying my first living quarters horse trailer couldn't have been more perfect at Hays Trailer Sales of Tucson. As I would be driving from New Mexico, Cort Nations, the owner, wanted to give me as much information about the I was interested in trailer before I came as he could so he sent me a fifteen minute video walk through of every detail of the trailer nose to tail before I came so as to avoid wasting my trip. I called several times after to ask more questions and get more measurements. He knowledgeably and patiently answered all of my queries and then some. Lindsay his assistant also was a big help and so nice on the phone.. The preowned trailer was immaculately cleaned and any small blemish had already been pointed out.beforehand. I should mention that Cort had sold the trailer to the previous owner who, completely satisfied with the service, had returned it to be resold after he no longer had use of it. When I committed to the purchase and arrived to pick up my trailer, knowing this was my first LQ, he spent over two hours patiently reviewing every aspect of the functioning of all systems I would need to know. All appliances were on and demonstrated to be working. The trailer had the original manual with it. On inspection there was a cap cover missing on the hose storage tube and Cort ordered it on the spot. He even went out of his way to help me when I told him I have a trailer at home I am planning to sell that is missing 3 hubcaps. I showed him a picture and he went online that moment and ordered them to be delivered to my home! Cort gave me his cell phone number, asked me to text when I got home safely and insisted that I never hesitate to call with any questions I might have even on weekends! I couldn't be more pleased and satisfied with the whole experience,. Cort Nations is a delightful, engaging and professional small business owner with world class customer service! A++++ 5 STAR :))
